This policy describes how That's a Wrap Nashville ("we," "us") handles information collected through thatsawrapnashville.com. We run a wrap and sign shop, not a data business. We collect what we need to respond to you and produce your project, and that is what we use it for.

Information you give us

When you submit our quote form, we collect:

Form submissions, including uploaded files, are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider. Uploaded files are sent as email attachments; they are not published on the website or made available at public web addresses.

If you call us, we may keep notes about your project alongside your contact details so we can follow up.

How we use it

Submitting the quote form gives us permission to contact you about your request. It does not sign you up for marketing messages, and we do not send marketing texts or emails to form submitters without separate consent.

What we do not do

Photographs of completed projects may appear in our portfolio; if you would prefer your project not be shown, tell us and we will leave it out or take it down.

Service providers

Like most websites, we rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: our website hosting provider, and the email delivery service that transmits form submissions to us. These providers process your information only to provide their services.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages and services people look at. It sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_6SXQX70NZ8, and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and which links and buttons were used. It does not collect your name, phone number, email, or anything you type into the quote form, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Advertising

We expect to advertise on Google and on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). When those campaigns are running, tags from those platforms measure which ads lead to real quote requests, and allow our ads to be shown to people who have visited this site before. Our cookie policy lists exactly which cookies those tags use and states plainly whether they are active right now.

While campaigns run, Google and Meta receive information about your visit: pages viewed, whether you submitted the quote form, and technical details such as device type and approximate location from your IP address. They act as independent controllers of that information under their own terms. We do not send them your name, phone number, email address, project details, or any file you upload.

You can control this at any time. Browser cookie settings work everywhere; Google's My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences control what each platform shows you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to switch advertising cookies off and do so automatically.

Data retention

We keep quote requests and project files for as long as they are useful for serving you, including matching artwork for repeat and fleet work, and for as long as business and tax records require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted to us through encrypted services. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do your work.

Children

This website is a business service for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
